Some people love Greece the way others love a language they weren't born to: imperfectly, seriously, for life. The roles below are for them.

Don't see your role?

We still want to hear from you. If your work fits how we work, tell us.

Our philosophy

Our work begins with listening — understanding what a client wants before they've finished describing it. The rest is judgement: knowing who in Greece should take it on, introducing them directly, and leaving the introduction unseen.

We don't do the work ourselves. We know the people who do — captains, estate owners, chefs, guides, specialists in their own fields — and we've either met them or been vouched for them by a name already in the network. They're chosen for the quality of their work, their judgement, and the way they handle people. We're a house, not a firm: a circle of people who came together over the work and stay because of one another.

Who we seek

We welcome people who find their craft in service. We care more about instinct than paper — here's what makes a strong fit:

  1. A native sense of discretion, and an instinct for what it asks of you.
  2. A genuine attachment to Greece — its people, its seasons, its quieter corners.
  3. You read people well, and you trust that reading when it matters.
  4. You stay composed when matters get difficult.
  5. You won't settle for the work as it was done last time.

Why join us

The work places you close to the country and its less-visible side — private islands, closed houses, encounters kept for very few. You'll come to know the people who hold those doors, and an international circle of clients, artisans and cultural houses alongside them. The foundation is integrity; the rest follows from there.

What we value

We'd rather be judged on how we work than on how we describe it. Five things hold, in every role:

  1. The client comes first, and last.
  2. Discretion is absolute.
  3. We recommend on judgement, and nothing else.
  4. We attend to people from many places, and we welcome as many perspectives.
  5. We prefer what's true of a place to what's impressive about it.

What we believe about Greece itself is set out at greater length in our Community Values.
