Greek Concierge reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions to the Site, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Please review these terms and conditions periodically and check the version date for changes.

The headings in these Terms of Use are solely used for convenience and have no legal or contractual significance. We may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you and upon such assignment will be relieved of any further obligation under these Terms of Use. The Processor follows our strict standards and policies, respecting your right to privacy and complying with data protection laws. 10. Mobile Message Service

The Greek Concierge mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Greek Concierge ("Greek Concierge", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Greek Concierge's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Greek Concierge through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Greek Concierge. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Greek Concierge Events or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Greek Concierge mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to Greek Concierge Events or submit a request through our contact form. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service. 11. Trademarks and Service Marks

"Greek Concierge™", the tagline "The Quiet Art of Greece™", the Greek Concierge logo, and all associated names, logos, slogans, taglines, visual designs, and trade dress (collectively, the "Marks") are trademarks and service marks exclusively owned by Greek Concierge. These Marks are protected under common law trademark rights, unfair competition laws, and applicable intellectual property statutes in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Greece, and internationally.

The Device Mark: The Marks include, in particular, the figurative mark comprising the stylised Corinthian-helmet device, whether presented alone or in lockup with the "GREEK CONCIERGE" wordmark, together with the specific composition, proportions, letterforms, and arrangement of those elements (the "Device Mark"). The Device Mark is a distinct protected work in its own right — claimed both as an original artistic work under copyright and as a figurative trade mark — and its protection is independent of, and additional to, our rights in the "Greek Concierge" name. The Corinthian-helmet device and the "GREEK CONCIERGE" wordmark, individually and in combination, may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, recoloured, redrawn, reverse-engineered, or incorporated into any other mark, logo, sign, or design that is identical or confusingly similar, without our express prior written authorisation. Because the Device Mark is an original artistic work, unauthorised reproduction of it is copyright infringement as well as trade mark infringement, and we enforce it through both routes — including the copyright takedown and enforcement procedures set out above under "Protection and enforcement of our content".

Prohibited Uses: No person, business, or entity may use, register, or attempt to register the name "Greek Concierge" or any confusingly similar name, mark, or domain name in connection with concierge services, travel services, tourism, hospitality, luxury experiences, event planning, or any related goods or services without our express prior written authorisation. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

Enforcement: We actively monitor the use of our Marks worldwide and vigorously enforce our intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use of our Marks may result in legal action, including claims for trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition, and damages. We reserve all rights to pursue injunctive relief, recovery of profits, and statutory damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Notice of Rights: Greek Concierge has used the "Greek Concierge" name continuously in commerce since 2010 in connection with luxury concierge, travel, and event planning services, and has maintained its principal domain, greekconcierge.com, in continuous registration and operation since 2010. This continuous use establishes and confirms our common law trademark rights. This continuous use extends to the Device Mark and its constituent Corinthian-helmet device and "GREEK CONCIERGE" wordmark, in which we claim priority of use. We reserve the right to seek formal trademark registration of the name, the wordmark, and the Device Mark (as a figurative mark) in any jurisdiction, and to oppose, and seek cancellation or invalidation of, any identical or confusingly similar trademark application or registration made by any other party, including any that appropriates the Corinthian-helmet device or the "GREEK CONCIERGE" wordmark in whole or in part.

All other trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Such use does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content on our website, including but not limited to design, copy, search results, images, graphics, structure, layouts, the underlying software code, and the "Greek Concierge™" name and brand are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and are subject to the exclusive intellectual property rights of Greek Concierge and our licensors. The Greek Concierge™ name, logos, and all associated branding elements may not be copied, reproduced, used, or exploited in any manner without our express prior written consent. All rights are reserved worldwide, except for the limited licensed rights expressly granted herein.

You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any material or information on our website without our prior written consent. You are granted only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services and retrieve, display, and print content pages solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to terminate your licence to use our Services, prevent future access to our website, and pursue legal remedies for any violations.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree that any disputes will be settled in English courts, save that we may take action in any relevant jurisdiction to enforce our intellectual property rights.
