VIP Hospitality Hostess

About the Role
We're after a hostess who can set the tone of a room from the first moment — at private events across Greece and London, where our parent company is based: galas, brand activations, private soirees and gatherings for our members and partners.
You'll work on-site, occasion by occasion. You're the first face guests meet on arrival and the quiet hand that keeps the evening moving without friction. The role is engaged per event through the season, in Athens, the Greek Islands and London. Present enough to make it effortless, invisible enough that the work is never seen.
What You'll Do
- Welcome arriving guests, manage the door list, and set the tone from the first moment
- Hold a discreet, attentive presence through the event, anticipating what guests need without intruding on the occasion
- Work with the event lead, the venue and service partners to keep the rhythm of the evening on course
- Carry the house's discretion, composure and refined hospitality into every interaction
Who You Are
We care more about how you hold a room than the events you can list. That said, here's what makes a strong fit:
- Real experience hostessing private events, galas or premium hospitality occasions
- Polished presentation and an unhurried, confident manner with international guests
- Discretion by default, and composure when a room shifts
- Free for evenings and weekends through the Greek event season
- Fluent English; Greek and further languages welcomed
