Referral Partner
About the Role
A Referral Partner introduces Greek Concierge to people they already know and believe we may be able to help. When an introduction results in business, you may receive a referral fee under the terms of your agreement with us.
This is not an employed position. There are no fixed hours, targets or minimum number of introductions. You may introduce several people in a year, or none for a period of time.
When you make an introduction, tell us who you believe we should meet and why. Greek Concierge then takes over. We speak with the prospective client, understand what they need and, where appropriate, introduce them to a suitable advisor or specialist in Greece.
Your role normally ends with the introduction. You are not expected to manage the client, arrange their requirements or remain involved in the work that follows.
Who You Are
Your profession is less important than the relationships you have built and the judgement with which you use them.
A strong Referral Partner:
- has trusted personal or professional relationships with people who regularly visit Greece or are likely to need specialist advice, access or assistance there;
- makes an introduction only when there is a genuine reason to believe Greek Concierge can help;
- is comfortable attaching their name and reputation to the introduction;
- treats introductions and client relationships as private;
- never pressures someone into becoming a client or turns a personal relationship into a sales opportunity; and
- understands that making fewer, well-judged introductions is more valuable than making introductions simply for the sake of doing so.
You may act as an individual or through a company. In either case, the relationship is governed by the same Private Introducer Agreement. Where a company is appointed, the agreement is signed by a named director.
How It Works
If we believe there is a good fit, we will contact you for the information required to set up the relationship.
You will then receive a Private Introducer Agreement. This sets out:
- how your referral fee is calculated;
- how long an introduction remains attributed to you;
- when a referral becomes eligible for payment; and
- how and when payments are made.
These terms are agreed with you in writing before you sign. They are not published on this page and may differ between Referral Partners.
Once appointed, you will receive your own referral link and access to a private portal. The portal allows you to see how many introductions have been received and the status of each one.
To protect client privacy, the portal does not disclose the identity of the people you introduce. Making an introduction does not give you access to information about the client's subsequent relationship with Greek Concierge.
Express Interest
We appoint Referral Partners selectively and keep the network intentionally limited.
If you would like to be considered, complete the expression of interest form and tell us about the relationships, experience or circumstances that place you in a position to make appropriate introductions.
There is no CV or attachment required.
We review every expression of interest.
If we believe
there may be a suitable fit, we will contact you directly.
