New Year's Eve at One&Only Aesthesis

New Year’s Eve at One&Only Aesthesis is an annual celebration held at the One&Only Aesthesis resort at Glyfada, on the Athens Riviera. On 31 December 2025 the resort marked the night across two of its restaurants. At Ora by Ettore Botrini, the restaurant of the Michelin-starred chef whose cooking draws on his Corfiot ancestry, the New Year’s Eve gala ran to seven courses with live jazz. At Manko Athens, Gastón Acurio’s beachfront Peruvian restaurant, a five-course Latin American menu gave way to DJ sets and cocktails at the pool’s edge at midnight.

One&Only Aesthesis is Kerzner International’s first resort in Greece, opened in 2024 on the grounds of the Asteria of Glyfada, the seaside resort that drew Athenian society from the 1950s. The festive programme around the dinners included lit pathways, a Christmas market, a carousel built by hand in small Athenian workshops, and the Guerlain Spa. On 1 January 2026, Ora set a New Year’s Day champagne brunch with live music. It was the second festive season of the resort.
