Human Resources Intern
Location: Remote · Open to applicants worldwide
About the Role
We're offering a fully remote Human Resources internship, open to applicants anywhere in the world — a real introduction to the people side of a private house: how a small team is found, welcomed and looked after.
You'll work alongside the people who sustain the practice, on real matters rather than exercises. It runs for a fixed term over the season, worked remotely, wherever you are.
What You'll Do
- Help post roles, read enquiries with care, and keep candidates moving through the process with courtesy
- Prepare the quiet logistics that let a new colleague begin well — paperwork, introductions, the first week in order
- Keep people data accurate and discreet, and learn why discretion is the first rule of the work
- Support the team on culture, scheduling and the small administrative matters that hold a practice together
Who You Are
We care more about how you work than what you've studied. That said, here's what makes a strong fit:
- A student or recent graduate drawn to human resources, people, or the running of an organisation
- An instinct for discretion, and the judgement to know when it matters
- Care with detail, and a calm, ordered way of working
- Clear, considered written English; further languages welcomed
- The self-direction to work well remotely
What We Offer
Close mentorship from the team that runs the house, and a true view of how a private practice is staffed and kept. We're a small, trusted house that values craft, discretion and the quiet work of doing things well. You'll leave with a written reference, for those who do the work well.
Apply
If you're at the start of a career in human resources and carry yourself with care and discretion, we'd like to hear from you. Send a CV and a short note on why the people side of a house draws you — if the way you work fits ours, you'll hear from us.
We read every enquiry carefully, and reply where experience and sensibility
fit our practice.
Thank you for your patience.
