The Mediterranean Yacht Show

The Mediterranean Yacht Show — the Greek Yachting Association's annual crewed-charter trade show at the Port of Nafplio — runs from 8 to 12 May 2027, opening the Greek charter season for the trade.

The Mediterranean Yacht Show (MEDYS) is the Greek Yachting Association’s annual crewed-charter trade show at the Port of Nafplio, in the Peloponnese, described by the Association as the world’s largest of its kind. First held in 2014, it is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism. The 2027 edition runs from 8 to 12 May.

MEDYS is a closed trade event for brokers, central agents, owners, captains and crew, with yachts licensed for Greek waters. The 2025 edition drew a record ninety-seven yachts with a combined length overall of 3.7 kilometres; the 2026 edition was built around more than a hundred motor and sailing vessels berthed along Miaouli Street.

The programme runs to sea trials, yacht viewings and an onboard Chefs’ Competition judged by panels drawn from Michelin-starred kitchens — a three-course challenge that has carried themes including zero waste from the Greek seas.
