Our Network

Greek Concierge is a private concierge house dedicated to Greece. It gives clients direct access to a carefully selected network of trusted advisors, specialists and service providers across the country.

We listen to what each client needs, choose the person or firm we consider best suited to the brief, and introduce the client to them directly. We recommend on judgement, experience and suitability alone. Discretion and confidentiality are part of every relationship.

The network covers a wide range of private client needs. These include yacht charter and maritime services, private estates, aviation, and weddings and milestone celebrations, with trusted contacts across the Cyclades, the Ionian Islands and mainland Greece.

It also includes specialist professional services: legal and tax advice, property, residency and relocation, company formation, security and close protection, household staffing, private dining and wine, medical and wellness services, and art and collection advice.

Greek Concierge gives you the name. You then deal with the advisor directly, and any advice comes from them, under their own terms and professional responsibility.

Greek Concierge works with a private network of established specialist firms across Greece. We select each advisor for their professional standing, their relevant experience and our direct knowledge of their work. Where a service requires it, a firm must hold the appropriate licences and meet the professional and regulatory requirements that apply.

The network includes specialists in maritime services and yacht charter, private residences, aviation, weddings and milestone celebrations, gastronomy, wellness, security and private guiding.

For each enquiry, Greek Concierge considers the brief and introduces you directly to the advisor we believe suits it best. From then on, you deal with that firm directly, under its own terms and professional responsibility.

We keep relationships with more than one advisor in each field. This lets us choose according to what each client needs, instead of sending every enquiry to the same firm.

Together, the advisors in the network have decades of experience in Greece, including work for family offices, public figures and members of royal households. References may be available in confidence where appropriate.

No. A personal introduction is welcome but not required. Greek Concierge is not a club, and there is nothing to join. The house is engaged for a specific brief, whether for a single visit, a private occasion or an extended stay in Greece.

An enquiry may come through someone you know or straight to Greek Concierge. Both are considered on the same basis.

Every enquiry is reviewed personally. To begin, send a short written note with your requirements, your preferred dates and anything else we should consider.

For a first engagement, Greek Concierge works with briefs based on a minimum client budget of US$15,000.

Greek Concierge builds its network by invitation, through established relationships and personal recommendation. We work with a small number of advisors and specialist firms whose work we know directly, or who were introduced by trusted professionals already in the network.

We select for professional standing, relevant experience, quality of work and judgement. Discretion counts as much as expertise, including how a firm treats clients and handles confidential or time-sensitive matters.

The network covers maritime and aviation services, property, legal and tax matters, household services and other areas that matter to private clients in Greece.

We judge suitability on direct knowledge of a firm’s work, its professional reputation and our confidence that it can handle the particular brief. A firm’s size, profile or visibility does not decide it. When we find the right advisor, we introduce the client directly. The client then works with that firm under its own terms and professional responsibility.

Greek Concierge works with private individuals, families and family offices for whom Greece is the focus of a particular stay, occasion or ongoing relationship. A brief may recur through the year or be a single engagement, such as a wedding, an anniversary or an extended stay.

We also work with corporate and institutional clients on briefs such as executive travel, board offsites, retreats and private hosting.

The approach is the same in every case. We consider the brief, identify the advisor or specialist we believe suits it best, and introduce the client directly to an established Greek firm whose work we know. The client then deals with that firm directly, under its own terms. We are not a booking platform and offer no packaged programmes.

Every engagement receives the same discretion, whether the client is an individual, a family office or an institution.
