Junior Concierge Manager
Location: Athens, Greece (with travel across Mykonos, Santorini,
Crete, Corfu, Rhodes)
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Experience: Two or more years
About the Role
We're after a concierge, early in their craft, who can anticipate a request before it's voiced — across villas, yachts, restaurants and private homes in Greece.
You'll support the day-to-day orchestration of our clients' requests, working alongside our concierges and reporting to the Concierge Manager. Day to day, that means drafting itineraries, coordinating our trusted partners — private chefs, yacht captains, gallery directors, estate owners and cultural custodians across the mainland and the islands — and making sure every booking is prepared to the last detail. Present enough to make it effortless, invisible enough that the work is never seen.
What You'll Do
- Carry each request from first enquiry through proposal, execution and quiet follow-through, and keep warm, considered correspondence with members under the Concierge Manager's guidance
- Research and draft private itineraries — villa stays, yacht charters, fine dining, cultural access, closed museums, private collections, sites after hours
- Coordinate villa owners, yacht brokers, chefs, gallery directors, perfumers, jewellers and cultural institutions across Greece to confirm availability, terms and arrangements
- Keep booking systems, supplier records, contracts and budgets in order, and anticipate every detail from welcome amenities to private transfers
- Hold absolute discretion, and run site visits and quality reviews of partner properties under the Concierge Manager's direction
- Handle last-minute changes, weather disruptions and sensitive requests with composure
- Represent the house at private events and partner gatherings, and bring what you notice back into how we work
Who You Are
We care more about how you read a room than the CVs you've held. That said, here's what makes a strong fit:
- Two or more years in concierge, guest relations, front office, butler, villa host or private estate work — ideally in five-star hospitality, Leading Hotels of the World properties, ultra-luxury villa portfolios or private travel houses
- Native or fluent English (C2); working Greek (B2+) strongly preferred
- Genuine knowledge of Greece — its destinations, seasons, cultural calendar and the rhythms of the islands
- The beginnings of your own network in Greek hospitality, gastronomy, yachting or culture
- Care with coordination, correspondence and follow-through, and an instinct for discretion
- Polished presentation and a confident, unhurried manner with international guests
- The right to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorisation)
A few things help, though none are essential:
- A third language — French, Italian, German, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin or Hebrew
- Time around yacht charters and superyacht protocol
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured concierge workflows
- A hospitality or luxury-brand qualification (École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Glion, Les Roches, Cornell or equivalent)
What We Offer
A seat in a private house — you'll work directly with the Concierge Manager and the founders, and have a real hand in shaping the practice, not a fixed slot in a machine. The clients are collectors, founders, principals and quietly accomplished people from across the world, and the work we design for them rarely repeats. Over time you'll build trusted relationships across Greek hospitality and culture that you couldn't buy.
We work intensely through high season and recover properly off it; we value craft over hours. There's travel within Greece for site visits, mentorship from senior concierges, and ongoing training. Remuneration is competitive and agreed to your experience, with a performance-linked component.
Apply
If your experience and instincts fit how we work, we'd like to hear from you. Send a current CV, a short note on one moment when you turned a difficult situation into a memorable one for a guest or principal, and two references.
We read every application, and reply where background and sensibility fit
our practice.
Thank you for your patience.
