Sani Gourmet

Sani Gourmet is Sani Resort’s annual visiting-chef programme, in which the resort gives its restaurants over to guest kitchens across four weeks of high summer on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. The 2026 edition runs from 10 July to 7 August and presents five visiting kitchens: Disfrutar of Barcelona, Pierre Gagnaire, Pia León, Albert Adrià and Daniel Humm.

The chefs cook across the resort’s restaurants on successive nights rather than at a single gala. The full schedule — which chef cooks on which nights and at which restaurant — is published on the resort’s own programme page.
