Sani Gourmet

Sani Gourmet is Sani Resort’s annual summer festival of visiting chefs, held on the Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki in Central Macedonia. Founded in 2006, when it was held each May, it has become one of the Mediterranean’s established gastronomic festivals, giving the resort’s restaurants over to guest kitchens across the weeks of high summer. The 2027 edition returns in early July and runs into August.

Each visiting chef cooks a single-night tasting menu, the dinners held on successive Fridays at Elia, the resort’s restaurant at Porto Sani. The nineteenth edition, in 2025, ran from 11 July to 22 August and presented Yannick Alléno, Gaggan Anand, Virgilio Martínez, Daniel Boulud and Emma Bengtsson — a line-up holding more than twenty Michelin stars between them. The 2026 edition ran from 10 July to 7 August with residencies by Disfrutar of Barcelona, Pierre Gagnaire, Pía León, Albert Adrià and Daniel Humm.

The roster changes each edition, drawn from leading international kitchens alongside Greek chefs. The 2027 chefs and exact dates are confirmed on the resort’s festival page ahead of the summer.
