The ORA Wine Series is a run of wine evenings at Ora by Ettore Botrini, the restaurant of One&Only Aesthesis at Glyfada on the Athens Riviera. Each evening pairs a masterclass on a single house with a dinner cooked to its wines. The September edition falls on Friday 11 September 2026 and is given to Château Minuty of Provence, with François Matton leading the tasting before the dinner.
Château Minuty lies at Gassin on the Saint-Tropez peninsula and is one of the 23 estates classified cru classé in the Côtes de Provence classification of 1955. Gabriel Farnet bought the property, then 17 hectares and a nineteenth-century château, in 1936; his grandsons François and Jean-Étienne Matton have run it since 1990, and Moët Hennessy took a majority holding in 2023. The estate now works about 200 hectares.
Ora carries a list of roughly 300 Greek and international labels. Ettore Botrini was raised between Corfu and Tuscany and holds a Michelin star at Botrini’s in Athens; the Wine Series runs alongside Epicurean Tables, the restaurant’s series of four-hands guest-chef dinners.
