Merci Chef! is the French Embassy in Greece's annual week of French gastronomy, co-organised with the Institut Français de Grèce; the fourth edition is scheduled for early March 2027, continuing the format of Meilleur Ouvrier de France chefs cooking alongside Greek counterparts.

Merci Chef! is the French Embassy in Greece’s annual week of French gastronomy, co-organised with the Institut Français de Grèce. The fourth edition is scheduled for early March 2027, following the late-February-to-mid-March cadence of earlier editions. The format pairs French chefs — several carrying the Meilleur Ouvrier de France title — with Greek chefs and sommeliers in four-hands dinners, masterclasses, wine dialogues, and seminars.

The series was first held in 2024. The second edition, in March 2025, paired nine French chefs with twenty working in Greece. The third edition, from 1 to 6 March 2026, featured eight French chefs alongside sixteen Greek counterparts and extended to Thessaloniki, Corfu, Crete, and Rhodes. Named MOF participants in earlier editions included Arnaud Larher in pastry, Laëtitia Gaborit in cheese, and Rodolph Couston in bakery, working at venues including the Athénée and Deux Amis. A charitable strand has taken the week’s pastries to the Evangelismos Hospital.
