Epicurean Tables is a series of four-hands guest-chef dinners held at Ora by Ettore Botrini, the restaurant of One&Only Aesthesis at Glyfada on the Athens Riviera. Each edition pairs the resident chef Ettore Botrini with a visiting chef for a single evening of collaborative cooking, and the series runs through 2026 with a new guest chef each month. The next dinner falls on Thursday 3 September 2026.

The September edition brings Paco Méndez of COME in Barcelona, which cooks Mexican food through Mediterranean ingredients and the technique of elBulli. Méndez was born in Mexico City in 1982, trained at elBulli in 2008 and led Hoja Santa in Barcelona from 2014 to 2021 within Albert Adrià’s elBarri group; COME opened in 2022 and took a Michelin star within six months, and Méndez was named Best Creative Chef at The Best Chef Awards in 2024. Earlier editions of the series brought Dimitris Pampouris of Ekies All Senses Resort in Halkidiki on 27 March 2026, Manolis Papoutsakis of Pharaoh on 24 April, Alex Atala on 19 June and Mickael Viljanen of the two-Michelin-star Chapter One in Dublin on 8 July.

Ora is the all-day restaurant of One&Only Aesthesis, Kerzner International’s first resort in Greece, which opened in 2024 on the grounds of the former Asteria of Glyfada. Its name means ‘hour’ in Greek and ‘now’ in Italian, and it holds one star in the FNL Guide to Greek restaurants. Ettore Botrini was raised between Corfu and Tuscany and owns Etrusco in Corfu and the Michelin-starred Botrini’s in Athens; he trained at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and in three-Michelin-starred kitchens in Monaco.
