Matsuhisa Mykonos, open to the sky since 2003

A chance meeting in London in 2003 put Nobu Matsuhisa’s kitchen beside the pool of a 19th-century Mykonos villa turned hotel. Twenty years later, in 2023, the tables and the sushi bar still stood in the open air.
