STEGI.RADIO Takeover
The STEGI.RADIO Takeover is an annual two-night electronic music event at the Onassis Stegi in Athens; the 2025 edition ran 24 and 25 January across four stages with more than thirty artists.
The STEGI.RADIO Takeover is the Onassis Foundation’s annual live presentation of STEGI.RADIO — its online station dedicated to the global electronic music scene — held at the Onassis Stegi, the foundation’s cultural centre at 107–109 Syngrou Avenue in Neos Kosmos, Athens. The 2025 edition ran on 24 and 25 January, with the building given over to four stages and more than thirty artists from around the world.
The main stage featured techno and electronic artists including Miss Kittin, Robert Hood (minimal techno), Irreversible Entanglements (free jazz), and David Vunk (disco and acid). The lower level operated as an underground club and the upper stage was given to Greek artists. STEGI.RADIO runs year-round as a broadcast station; the Takeover is the event at which the station’s programming is presented as a live programme.
