Natassa Bofiliou at the Lycabettus Theatre
Natassa Bofiliou sang three nights at the Lycabettus Theatre in 2025: a Mikis Theodorakis centenary programme on 14 and 15 June, and "Kati Kaigetai 2: O Megalos Kyklos" on 22 September.
Natassa Bofiliou at the Lycabettus Theatre was a series of three concerts on the hill in 2025, with two different programmes. On Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June she sang “Mes stous anthismenous kipous”, a tribute to Mikis Theodorakis for the centenary of his birth. On Monday 22 September she returned with “Kati Kaigetai 2: O Megalos Kyklos”.
The Theodorakis programme was presented by the radio station Melodia 99.2, with arrangements by the composer Themis Karamouratidis. It had its first performance at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus in October 2024. Angelos Triantafyllou staged it, and Bofiliou led a company of seven singers and musicians on a revolving set designed by Konstantinos Lampridis.
“Kati Kaigetai 2” is the second cycle of the show Bofiliou built with Karamouratidis and the programme editor Gerasimos Evangelatos. The September night closed that cycle at Lycabettus. The theatre is run by Technopolis of the City of Athens, which listed both engagements in its 2025 programme.
