Ikos Odisia stands on the east coast of Corfu, on Dassia Bay, 20 minutes from Corfu Airport (CFU) by road and directly across the water from Ikos Dassia. It opened on 16 June 2023, the Sani/Ikos group’s second investment on the island after Dassia, and the opening created 700 jobs on Corfu. The house holds 428 rooms, suites and villas on 60 acres, with 420m of serviced sand in front of it.

The keys sit in three villages of camel-coloured stone cubes with planted roofs, none above two floors, set between umbrella pines and old olive trees. The resort opened with 390 rooms, suites and bungalows and has added to that schedule since, within the same two-storey ceiling and the same ground.

Eight restaurants serve the property, seven of them à la carte and one a Mediterranean buffet, and there are 10 indoor and outdoor pools across the grounds. The stay carries the restaurants, the wine, room service around the clock, a round of golf and dinner at a chosen restaurant in Corfu Town.

The tables

The seven à la carte rooms cover six cuisines, Greek twice over: Fresco for Italian, Ouzo and Elia for Greek, Oliva for Spanish, Anaya for Asian, Azul for Peruvian and the Sea Grill for the chargrill. Flavors, the buffet, looks over the coast and stays open through the night. Three menus carry a named hand. Fresco’s is guided by Ettore Botrini, Oliva’s was written by Andoni Luis Aduriz, and Anaya’s by the chef Thiou. Behind all of them is the cava, a cellar of 300 labels, Greek and international, chosen by the house sommelier and poured in every restaurant. Seven bars hold the hours between, from the lobby at 8am to the theatre bar Teatro at midnight.

The Dine Out programme sends guests off the property to named restaurants in and around Corfu Town, with the meal paid for: Dora Fish Tavern at the New Port, 14km from the resort, Agora at the Old Port, and Aubergine on Liston Street beside Spianada Square, both 18km away.

Where the rooms are

The schedule begins at the garden and balcony rooms and climbs through the junior suites, the one-bedroom suites with private gardens and the family suites. One of those categories, a one-bedroom bungalow suite with a side sea view, was new for the 2026 season. The Deluxe Collection suites keep an area of their own, with a pool and a bar reserved for them, a dedicated Deluxe concierge team and restaurant reservations taken in advance without limit.

At the head of it sits a set of Deluxe bungalow villas, also released for the 2026 season. The three-bedroom villa runs two storeys and about 300 sqm, with a private pool and a furnished terrace. The four-bedroom is two storeys as well, sleeps eight, and has its own pool and a terrace set above the sea.

The spa, the beach and the golf

The Ikos Spa is by Anne Sémonin Paris and holds private treatment rooms, couples suites, a heated indoor pool, a relaxation area and a thermal suite of steam bath and sauna. Nobody under 16 is admitted. The hairdressing and nail salons and the Anne Sémonin beauty counter are charged separately.

The beach is framed by pines, citrus groves and olive trees, with loungers, umbrellas and service to the sand. Of the pools, two in the gardens are adults only, the spa pool is indoors, and three more plus a splash pad belong to the children. Once a stay, guests play a round of nine or 18 holes at Corfu Golf Club, with equipment, buggy, green fee and transfers included.

Who is this for

Families who want one address to hold a fortnight, and couples who will walk a few minutes for quiet. Dassia Bay is sheltered water on Corfu’s east coast, and the ground between the villages is planted rather than paved, so the walk to breakfast runs under pine. It suits a party that likes everything settled before arrival, from the tee time to the table, and a day that can pass without anybody leaving the gate.
