About the Role
Greek Concierge is recruiting professional hostesses for luxury hospitality settings across Greece. Our hostess positions span private villas, fine dining restaurants, exclusive events, and yacht charters. We seek individuals who embody sophistication, warmth, and an appreciation for Greek culture to represent our brand in the country's most prestigious venues.
As a Hospitality Hostess, you will be at the forefront of our concierge services, ensuring every guest receives an impeccable welcome and creating an atmosphere of elegance and genuine Greek hospitality.
Placement Settings
- Private Villas: Welcome guests to exclusive villa rentals, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure seamless hospitality throughout their stay.
- Fine Dining Restaurants: Represent premium dining establishments, manage reservations, and create memorable first impressions for discerning guests.
- Exclusive Events: Participate in private gatherings, corporate functions, and social soirees, contributing to a sophisticated atmosphere.
- Yacht Charters: Provide onboard hospitality for luxury yacht experiences, assisting with guest services and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment of arrival.
- Concierge Support: Assist with guest requests, local recommendations, and coordination of services to enhance their experience in Greece.
- Client Relations: Build meaningful connections with guests, fostering loyalty and ensuring they feel valued throughout their stay or event.
- Brand Representation: Represent Greek Concierge with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Situational Excellence: Handle challenging situations with composure and grace, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in hospitality, hostessing, concierge services, or premium customer service environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage diverse international clientele.
- Polished and professional presentation befitting luxury hospitality standards.
- Strong organisational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and peak tourist season.
- Fluency in English required; Greek and additional languages highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with luxury venues in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, or other Greek destinations preferred.
