We are looking for professional and charismatic Greek-Speaking VIP Event Hostesses to elevate our team, aimed at delivering unparalleled service at high-profile private events across London's most prestigious neighborhoods: Mayfair, Chelsea, and Knightsbridge. The Greek Concierge community comprises of discerning, glamorous individuals, and VIPs of Greek heritage, as well as, patrons with a profound appreciation for the Greek culture.

As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, overseeing reservations, collaborating with the event management team, and guaranteeing all attendees enjoy top-tier service throughout our gatherings. This position demands a robust professional ethos, superior communication skills, and the agility to navigate the dynamic atmosphere of luxury events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcoming guests and engaging in high-profile social gatherings, glamorous parties, and exclusive events.
  • Proactively meeting and surpassing client expectations to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Managing challenging situations with poise, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Upholding the highest standards of integrity and honesty at all times.
  • Representing and promoting the brand ethos both internally and externally with the utmost professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven background in hostess roles, hospitality, or customer service, preferably within a luxury or VIP context.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging positively with both guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the competence to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Professional presentation and conduct that mirrors the exclusivity and luxury of our events.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A good understanding of the Mayfair and Knightsbridge scene, along with familiarity with the local elite clientele, will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Greek is mandatory, must be fluent in English and additional languages will be considered an asset.
